If you or your child are participating in the Famu parade then each of you must fill out a FAMU Homecoming Parade Waiver.
For children under 18 years old, have them sign as participant and the parent/guardian must sign and print as witness.
Forms need to be filled out and either returned to Sis. Veronica Yon or emailed to admin@restoredglory.org by Thursday, October 15, 2014.
