Hebrews 13:5 “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”

A few days ago, I took Veresia and Eddie to work with me, and the experience was certainly different from times I have gone to work without them. I will explain. Once I got to my work site, I set them up in a room with all their play things and told them I would come check on them in a little while. Well, before a “little while” came, they were coming to me with all sorts of issues, such as “she hit me” and “he’s not playing fair.” Regardless of how small the issue may have seemed, I dealt with it accordingly.

However, later, a much more severe issue arose. While playing with his sister, little Eddie cut himself. Of course, Eddie came to me and said, “Dad, this time I have an emergency – – I cut myself, see.” Well after applying some TLC, we took care of the cut, and he was on his way.

Now, I remind you that all these things were taking place on a work site. This was a place Eddie and Veresia were not familiar with, but there was one thing that gave them comfort: “their father.” They knew as long as they had access to me, everything was O.K. It didn’t bother them to be in a different place or circumstance because they knew one thing: “I can get to Dad.”

Today, I want to remind you of the accessibility you have to your Father. No matter what you’re going through, whether it’s great or small, you have access to Him. In His word, He tells us, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” If the situation is small, we can call. If the circumstance is large, He’s still in charge. We have access to Him, and He is certainly well able to take care of the problem. Therefore, stop worrying about what you’re going through, and don’t you dare worry about what you will face because you have access to your Father at all times.
