Luke 23:34 But Jesus was saying, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.” And they cast lots, dividing up His garments among themselves.
It’s time to unlock the power of forgiveness in your life. God doesn’t want us to spread seeds of discord, hurt, bad feelings or hatred. Surely, the people who did what they did, did what they did to you. But that won’t stop you from seeing all God has for you.
As a matter of fact, it’s going to be the launching pad into where He’s taking you. So forgive those who did wrong to you because as Jesus stated, “They didn’t know what they were doing.” And that has two major parts to it…. First, they probably didn’t know it was hurting you the way it was. And even if that was so then Secondly, they didn’t know it would propel you into the place God had for you.
So forgive and live because it’s going to workout for your good in the end.
