Tell Them I Hear Them

Tell Them I Hear Them

Exodus 6:5 “And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have remembered my covenant.”

While reading in the book of Exodus, I came across this scripture and had a mighty visitation of the Holy Spirit. During that time, I saw a person in despair. This saint was in so much misery over his/her job situation that it was sheer agony simply to drive to work. Whoever you are, I saw you so miserable to the point that you’ve even contemplated quitting without regard to your house or car payments. Again, I don’t know who you are, so all I can do is send this out the way God gave it to me.

God has heard your groaning; your pain and agony has put Him in full remembrance of His covenant with you. He never forgot where you were or what you were going through, and your situation has now gotten to the point that something has to be done. Therefore, this is what the Lord says:

“Tell them I hear them. When they are driving to the job that they are going through all hell at,
   Tell them, “I hear them.”

When they are stuck at the traffic light on the way to work wondering, ‘will my situation change like this light is about to,’
   Tell them, “I hear them.”

When they pull into the parking lot with tears in their eyes muttering the words, ‘Lord help me,’
   Tell them “I hear them.”

When they’re sitting at their desk and feeling all hope is lost, sobbing so quietly that even their co-worker can’t hear them,
   Tell them, “I hear them.”

When they are leaving work at five o’clock pretending that it’s their last day, rehearsing their final goodbyes…
   Tell them, “I hear them.”

When they get back home too upset to leave work at work, still talking to themselves about the injustices done to them…
   Tell them, “I hear them.”

And just when they feel it will never change, when they think that I’ve forgotten about them, when their enemies encamp about them and their only friend in that place betrayed them…
When they’ve been lied to and lied on that one time too many,
When they’ve been passed over for promotions too many times,
When they been accused of doing things that they did not do and abused for doing what I told them to do…
Tell them, “I’m going to deliver them!”
Tell them, “I have a covenant with them that can not be forgotten!”
Tell them, “I’ve got glory for them that will manifest itself.”
Tell them, “That place is not their final place.”
Tell them, “I can not and will not leave them there!”
Most of all, Tell them that they shall surely be delivered!”
